What To Eat Before & After The Gym

If you are eager to see results, and fast, follow these few tips to stay on track. Entering the gym, you should eat a pre-workout snack which should be only high in carbs. Leaving the gym, you should eat a post-workout snack which should be only high in protein. Fuel your body with energy but don't forget about building the muscle once you leave.

Don't let all your hard work go to waste. Here are a few tips on what to eat pre- and post-workout to get the most out of all your efforts, refuel your body and feel your best:

Pre-Workout 
  1. Hummus and pita chips
  2. Popcorn
  3. Oatmeal with blueberries
  4. Banana and peanut butter
Post-Workout
  1. Chocolate milk
  2. Salmon with sweet potatoes
  3. Hard-boiled eggs
  4. Cottage cheese
